To find the services that best meet your needs, follow these simple tips:
- In the I am looking for help with box, enter what type of help you are looking for _______”
- To find providers that accept payment from your health insurance, select your insurance provider name from the Insurance list. Next, select the plan type. If you do not know your plan type, select Insurer. If you do not have health insurance, select Uninsured
- Entering the zip code where you live or work will also narrow the search and return you search results faster.
- When you are finished, click on Search.
